From time to time, you may find that you are not seeing mobile phone data appear in your dashboard. This may be due to your child disabling their mobile phone's data network. Mobile phone users occasionally do this to conserve battery power. The following are instructions for checking the status of your child's mobile phone data network and the steps to follow to enable your child's data network if it has been deactivated.

Android

  1. From the application menu, select Settings
  2. Select the More or Wireless and Network
  3. Select Data Manager
  4. Drag the Mobile data switch left or right to enable/disable cellular data

iOS 6

  1. From the home screen, select Settings
  2. Select General
  3. Select Cellular
  4. Drag the Cellular Data switch left or right to enable/disable cellular data
