If an Android app freezes, or acts sluggish, force stop and restart the app to refresh its active memory. As with all Android apps, this can be very helpful for uKnowMobile as well.

  1. Press the Home button.
  2. Press the Menu button | tap Settings.
  3. Tap Application Manager.
  4. Find and tap the uKnowMobile app.
  5. Tap Force Stop.
  6. Re-launch the uKnowMobile app and attempt to reproduce the issue.
