To troubleshoot why you are not be receiving Notification emails, please review these possible reasons:

  1. Your preferences may not be set correctly. Follow these instructions to insure your preferences are set to meet your needs.
  2. The email notifications might be going to your Spam folder.

While they will be highlighted in your dashboard, Notification emails are not sent for risky activity or posts associated with your child’s friend's messages, comments, status updates or pictures. uKnowKids only sends Notification emails for messages, comments, status updates or pictures that your child sends or receives.
